Terms of Service
What Parrot Dance AI renders, what a credit buys, how re-runs and refunds work, how uploaded clips and music are licensed, and what you may not upload.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, buying a credit pack, uploading a photo or uploading a dance clip, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law. Where such a right applies, it prevails over any clause here that conflicts with it.
Description of Service
Parrot Dance AI turns one uploaded photo of a parrot into a short vertical video of that parrot dancing. You choose one of the four dance templates on the site — Party Strut, Bam Bam Bounce, Wing Flare or Tail Sway — or upload a short dance clip of your own. The service returns a 9:16, 720p MP4 as long as the dance clip (4–15 seconds on Standard, 4–30 on Premium) with royalty-free template music and no watermark.
That clip is a generated performance, not a recording. The parrot is animated into movement it was not photographed in — that is the whole product, and it is made to be posted as the playful clip it is. It is not footage of a real event, and it must not be presented as one. Do not describe a generated clip as a video you filmed, as proof of how your bird behaves, or as a documentary record.
The aspect ratio and resolution are fixed by us, and the duration is set by the dance clip you choose, within the ceiling of the tier you select (4–15 seconds on Standard, 4–30 on Premium). You do not supply a script, a location or a prompt, and you cannot change the setting, the camera move or the timing. We are not affiliated with TikTok, X, or the creators of the trend, and we do not license or supply the original trend audio.
Credit Packs and Pricing
The service is sold as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and credits do not expire.
| Pack | Price (USD) | Price (CNY) | Credits | Coverage (720p) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $10.00 | ¥72 | 100 | 20s Standard or 10s Premium |
| Creator | $20.00 | ¥145 | 240 | 48s Standard or 24s Premium |
| Studio | $50.00 | ¥365 | 650 | 130s Standard or 65s Premium |
- Credits are charged per output second, at a rate that depends on the tier. Standard (Seedance 2 Fast, 720p output up to 15 seconds) costs 5 credits per second; Premium (Seedance 2.5, 720p output up to 30 seconds) costs 10 credits per second. A 13-second dance therefore costs 65 credits on Standard or 130 on Premium; no single Standard render costs more than 75 credits and no Premium render more than 300.
- Prices are in US dollars. Where checkout shows a local-currency amount for a payment method such as Alipay or WeChat Pay, that amount is set at checkout and is the amount that applies.
- A credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided none of its credits have been spent. See Refunds, Withdrawal and Disputes.
- We may change pack prices, pack sizes or credit costs at any time. A change never applies retroactively to credits you have already bought, and the checkout price is authoritative for a new purchase.
Video Model and Output Spec
Renders are produced by third-party video generation models, run for us by our rendering vendor. We do not train or host a model ourselves.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Provider | Kie.ai (kie.ai) |
| Model | Standard: ByteDance Seedance 2 Fast · Premium: ByteDance Seedance 2.5, operated for us by Kie.ai |
| Mode | Your parrot photo as the identity reference, plus a template or your clip as motion reference |
| Output | MP4: 4–15 seconds on Standard or 4–30 on Premium (as long as the dance clip), 720p, 9:16, no watermark |
| Audio | Royalty-free music supplied with the site template; your clip's own audio when you upload one |
| Reference input | One site template (11–20 seconds), or an MP4/MOV clip of 2–15 seconds on Standard or 2–30 seconds on Premium, up to 40 MB, at 720p-class resolution |
| Processing | Photo and reference clip go to Kie.ai, which copies them to temporary vendor storage and passes them to the tier's model; the result comes back by URL and we store our own copy in Cloudflare R2 |
| Typical wait | 3–8 minutes |
- Wait times are estimates, not commitments. Queue length at the vendor determines the actual time.
- The models are approximation engines. Plumage, lighting, background and body proportions are taken from your photo, but they can drift, and the motion is re-staged rather than copied frame for frame.
- We may substitute the vendor that operates a tier's model. The tier ceilings (15 seconds on Standard, 30 on Premium), the 9:16 aspect ratio, the 720p output, the no-watermark policy and the per-second credit rate of each tier described in these Terms remain the contract, and a substitution never increases the credits a render costs without notice.
- Renders include the template soundtrack from the first frame, so a template render is ready to post as it lands.
Dance Templates and Reference Clips
Our four templates are bird-body movement: party steps, head and body bobs, wing flares and a side-to-side sway. They are not generic human dance clips with a filter applied, because a model asked to copy human choreography tends to produce human limbs on the bird. The template clips currently shown on the site are credited third-party, AI-generated reference clips from public sources, with their original audio replaced by our own royalty-free track; they are placeholders and will be replaced with our own renders. Do not treat a credit line as a licence or permission to reuse them.
The tier a clip needs follows its length. Party Strut (11 seconds) and Tail Sway (13 seconds) can render on Standard or Premium; Bam Bam Bounce (19 seconds) and Wing Flare (20 seconds) exceed Standard's 15-second ceiling and require Premium. The generator selects the cheapest tier that can serve your dance and requires Premium for anything longer than 15 seconds.
If you upload your own clip instead:
- Use MP4 or MOV, 2–15 seconds on Standard or 2–30 seconds on Premium, up to 40 MB, at 720p-class resolution (around 720×1280, and no more than 927,408 total pixels). Files outside those limits are not accepted, and a clip longer than 15 seconds must use Premium.
- The photo should show one parrot; the reference clip can show one dancing bird or person. Do not combine multiple birds, people or animals in a single render.
- Movements that need human limbs are translated into bird-appropriate movement; they are not reproduced literally. A clip of a person dancing will not become an exact avian copy of that dance.
- You must own the clip or have explicit permission to use it, including permission from any person who appears in it. Do not upload footage of a public figure, a minor, or another person's pet without permission.
Template music is royalty-free and is included with the renders we produce. The original trend audio ("Jamaican Bam Bam") is not licensed or supplied by us. If you want that song or any other commercial track, add it yourself through the platform's audio library when you post, and check the platform's licence terms. You are responsible for any audio in a clip you upload and for any audio you add after download.
We may add, change or retire templates. A retired template does not affect videos you have already downloaded.
Usage Scenarios and Limits
The service is built for short-form social video: one clip for a feed post, a story, or a group chat.
Intended use
- Making a dancing video of your own parrot, from your own photo.
- Making one for a friend, client or bird owner who has explicitly agreed to that use.
- Posting the result as a generated animation. The dance is the joke; nobody is claiming the bird performed it in front of a camera.
- Personal, editorial or commercial short-form posting where the clip itself is the deliverable.
Not permitted
- Public figures, politicians or celebrities, in a photo or in an uploaded dance clip.
- Minors, in any form, including in a reference clip.
- Other people's pets without the owner's permission.
- Deceptive deepfakes of people, or using a clip to impersonate someone or put a statement or conduct in their mouth.
- Presenting a clip as real footage, as a recording of something that happened, or as evidence of how a real animal behaves.
- Sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or defamatory content. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories lists the full set of prohibited categories.
- Content that shows or encourages injury, distress, abuse or illegal trade of animals.
Hard limits
- Input photo: JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB, one parrot, clearly visible.
- Input clip, if you use one: MP4 or MOV, 2–15 seconds on Standard or 2–30 seconds on Premium, up to 40 MB, 720p-class resolution, one bird.
- Output: one MP4 per render (as long as the dance clip) — 4–15 seconds on Standard or 4–30 on Premium, 720p, 9:16.
- The scene, template motion and camera are fixed. The duration follows the dance clip you choose within the selected tier's ceiling, and you cannot change the setting or the camera move.
- A render spends credits according to its tier — 5 credits per output second on Standard, 10 on Premium; a 13-second dance spends 65 credits on Standard or 130 on Premium — charged when you submit, not when it finishes.
- Renders are not retried automatically. A failed or timed-out render returns its full credit charge.
- Uploaded photos and clips are deleted 7 days after upload by an automated sweep. Renders stay in your account until you delete them in Settings → Videos.
AI Limitations and Reruns
Motion transfer is an approximation. The models use your photo for identity and the template or clip for movement, and reconstruct the result; they do not paste one onto the other. Expect differences in plumage detail, lighting, background and body proportions, and expect small inconsistencies between frames.
A move that depends on human limbs is translated into something a bird can do. A wave, a hand clap or a two-legged step will not appear as such; the model substitutes a wing, head, tail or body movement. That is a designed limit, not a defect.
The models have no deterministic seed. The same photo and the same dance reference can produce a different clip on a second run, and we cannot reproduce an earlier render exactly.
If a render completes but is clearly broken — the wrong bird, an unplayable or corrupted file, a clip that does not show the requested dance at all, or an output in the wrong format — contact us within 14 days of the order and we will re-run it once at no charge. Ordinary approximation, including a slightly different plumage shade, a drifting background detail or an imperfect frame, is not a broken render. A photo or clip that broke the input rules in Usage Scenarios and Limits is not eligible.
If a render fails at the vendor or times out, we refund its full credit charge automatically; you do not need to open a ticket. See Renders, Failures and Refunds.
Renders, Failures and Refunds
A render that fails at the vendor returns its full credit charge automatically, with no support ticket required. "Failed" means the vendor returned an error, the job timed out, or no clip was produced — not that a clip was produced and you dislike it. If the model refuses the photo or clip before rendering starts, nothing is charged.
A render that completes but does not match your expectation is not refunded: the compute has already been spent, and the practical fix is a better photo or a clearer reference clip rather than a refund. The exception is the free re-run described in AI Limitations and Reruns, which applies to clearly broken renders reported within 14 days.
A credit pack you have not used at all is refundable within 14 days of purchase, as set out in Refunds, Withdrawal and Disputes.
Refunds, Withdrawal and Disputes
Unspent packs. A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been spent. A render that fails returns its full credit charge automatically, so it does not count as spending it. Once credits have paid for a completed render, the pack is no longer refundable: those credits bought a video you received. A refund is issued for the full order amount and removes the credits it granted from your balance.
How to request. Contact us at the support address on the contact page from the address on your account, quoting the order ID from Settings → Payments and a one-line reason. You can also open a support ticket with the same details. We check the order, the render history and your balance, and reply with the outcome. We may ask for the photo or the clip when the request is about a specific render.
How the money comes back. Refunds go to the original payment method, in the original currency. We issue the refund once it is approved; how long it takes to appear on your statement is controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by us.
Disputes. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues are settled faster that way.
Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, you ask us to begin performance when you submit a render; by submitting one, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost for the credits that render consumes. Where mandatory law gives you a right that these Terms do not, that right prevails and we honour it.
Animal Welfare and Acceptable Use
Parrot Dance AI is a toy, not a documentary. The output is a staged animation, and it must never be presented as real footage of a real bird.
You may not use the service to create, upload or share:
- content that shows, encourages or glamorises injury, distress, abuse, neglect or illegal trade of animals, including animal fighting and the trafficking of protected species;
- sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or content that sexualises a minor;
- content that misrepresents a real animal's behaviour, health or living conditions, or that holds an animal up to ridicule in a way that invites abuse;
- deceptive deepfakes of people, or content that puts statements or conduct into a real person's mouth;
- content that claims or implies the output is a real recording, a live video, or proof that the animal performed the dance.
These rules apply to the photo, the reference clip, the generated video, and any caption, hashtag or metadata you attach. The full standards are in Content Standards and Prohibited Categories.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Use an email address you control, do not share an account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
We may suspend an account whose email cannot receive our messages, or whose activity suggests it is being used by more than one person.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other malicious content.
- Upload a photo or clip you do not own or have permission to use, or use a render to impersonate someone or to put a statement in their mouth.
- Use the service to misrepresent a real animal's behaviour or to present generated footage as real.
- Scrape or mirror the service, or use its output to train another model.
- Remove or obscure any provenance marker that identifies the output as generated.
The rules in Content Standards and Prohibited Categories form part of this section. Where the two overlap, the stricter rule applies.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
Every photo you upload, every reference clip you upload and every render you generate must comply with this section. The categories below are exhaustive in kind, not in example: a submission that falls into one of them is prohibited whether or not the specific wording appears here. A breach is a material breach of these Terms — it is not a rendering error, and it is not covered by the refund rules in Renders, Failures and Refunds.
1. Sexual and NSFW content
No nudity, genitalia, sexual acts, sexual poses, or fetish and suggestive content. No imagery whose main purpose is sexual arousal. This covers the input photo, any uploaded clip, the generated video, and any caption or metadata you attach to it. Transparent clothing, fetish wear, and clothing that exposes intimate areas count as NSFW. Reaching the same result by editing or layering a render afterwards is equally prohibited.
2. Violence and gore
No graphic violence, blood, wounds, mutilation, torture, or cruelty to people or animals. No content that depicts, encourages, or glorifies self-injury, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous stunts. No threats of violence, and no instructions for making weapons or causing injury. No staged animal fighting, hunting trophies, or content that celebrates the killing of an animal.
3. Hate speech and harassment
No content that attacks, dehumanises, or incites hostility against a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. No slurs, extremist or terrorist symbols, or content that promotes a hate group. No targeted harassment, doxxing, or defamatory statements about a real person.
4. Child safety (CSAM)
Zero tolerance. No content that sexualises, eroticises, or endangers a minor in any way — real or synthetic, including AI-generated, illustrated, or "aged-up" depictions. No photo or clip of a minor may be uploaded, and no minor may be the subject of a render. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities, the associated records are preserved, and the account is terminated permanently without notice.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation and misleading presentation
Consent and presentation are the line here, not movement. Every clip this service makes is a staged animation, so "the animal did not really do this" describes the product itself; what separates an allowed clip from a prohibited one is who agreed to it and how it is passed off.
- Consent. Your own parrot photo, or a photo and clip you have explicit permission to use. If a person appears in an uploaded dance clip, you need that person's explicit permission. No private individual whose image you do not have documented permission to use.
- No public figures. No politician, celebrity, or other public figure, in a photo or a reference clip.
- No minors. No minor may appear in any upload or render.
- No deceptive framing. A clip may not be presented as real footage, as a recording of an event, as evidence of how a real animal behaves, or as a statement, opinion or endorsement of a person — not in the video, not in the caption, and not in how it is circulated.
- No impersonation. No using a render to make someone appear to be a different person, or to put words in a real person's mouth.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, in any form.
- No stripping provenance. No attempt to remove watermarks, provenance signals, or other markers that identify the output as synthetic.
6. Animal welfare and wildlife trade
No content that shows, encourages or glamorises injury, distress, abuse, neglect, abandonment, animal fighting, or the illegal trade in animals or protected species. No content that presents a real animal as suffering for entertainment, or that invites viewers to treat an animal cruelly. The service is for playful, bird-appropriate movement; it must not be used to mock an animal's condition or to make a real animal appear mistreated, ill or in danger.
7. Copyright, trademark and audio rights
Upload only photos and clips you own or are licensed to use. No third-party footage, film or TV stills, artwork, characters, logos, brand marks, or music you do not have the rights to. No output that reproduces a protected work, or that presents itself as an official product, campaign, or endorsement.
Site templates include royalty-free music. We do not license or supply the original trend audio ("Jamaican Bam Bam"). If you upload a clip with an audio track, or add music through a platform after download, you are responsible for that audio and for complying with its licence. Do not upload a clip whose music you cannot clear.
Reporting Violations
If you find content on or produced by this service that breaks the rules above — a clip sent to you, a public post made with our output, or an account abusing the service — tell us.
Where to report
- Contact form or support address: use the support address on the contact page with the subject line "Content report". This is the monitored channel for content, likeness, animal-welfare and copyright complaints.
- Support ticket: open a ticket from your account and attach the material.
- Urgent child-safety reports: the same address with "CSAM — urgent" in the subject. These are handled ahead of every other queue.
What to include
- The URL of the clip, or the order or render ID from the account that produced it.
- Which rule you believe is broken, and where in the clip it appears — a timestamp helps.
- A screenshot, if the clip may be gone before we look.
- For a copyright, likeness or animal-welfare claim: the work, person or animal at issue, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
What happens next
- A human reviews the report. We may ask for more information; if we cannot reach you, we still act on what we can verify.
- We do not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported account, except where the law requires it or the claim itself makes the reporter identifiable, as with a copyright notice.
Moderation and Enforcement
Content is checked in three places: automated screening of uploads and requests, spot checks of generated output, and human review of every report we receive.
How we respond
- Minor, first occurrence — a borderline photo or clip with no apparent intent: the render is blocked, you receive a warning and a link to these rules.
- Repeated or clear — a second borderline submission, or resold renders: credits for the affected renders are revoked, uploads are restricted, and the account is suspended temporarily.
- Severe — sexual content involving a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, or deliberate animal cruelty: permanent termination, the content is deleted, and the case is reported to law enforcement.
Consequences
- Removed content is deleted from storage, and the render is not refunded.
- Credits held by a terminated account are forfeited.
- We may preserve content and account records for a safety or legal investigation, and disclose them to law enforcement or a regulator where the law requires it or a serious safety risk makes it necessary.
- Appeals. If you believe an action was mistaken, reply to the enforcement email within 30 days. A different reviewer re-examines the decision, and we answer with the outcome and the reason.
- Repeat infringers. An account that attracts three valid copyright complaints is terminated.
Payment and Billing
Paid features are sold as the one-time credit packs described in Credit Packs and Pricing. Credits are charged at the moment a render is submitted, not when it finishes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Refunds are handled as described in Renders, Failures and Refunds and Refunds, Withdrawal and Disputes.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the photo and the clip you upload; you grant us the limited licence needed to transmit them to our vendor, to render the video, and to store the result for your account. We do not use your uploads or your renders to train models, and we do not sell them. Our rendering vendor processes the upload to produce your clip under its own terms, which the Privacy Policy describes. You own the video you generate, subject to these Terms, to the rights of anyone appearing in an uploaded clip, and to any third-party music or footage used.
Example Videos and Placeholder Footage
The example videos and the dance templates currently shown on this site are third-party placeholder footage from public sources. They are credited on the pages where they appear. We do not own that footage, we do not claim ownership of it, and we do not grant you any licence to it. It is displayed for demonstration only and will be replaced with our own renders. Until then, do not download, re-upload, edit or reuse placeholder footage, and do not treat a credit line as permission.
If you believe a placeholder clip is miscredited, or should not be shown at all, tell us through the contact page with "Content report" in the subject and we will review it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us at the support address on the contact page. Closing an account deletes your renders, and any unspent credits are forfeited, so export what you want to keep first.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Contact
